Returns and Exchanges

We have a 30-day return policy, which means items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 60 days after the estimated delivery date. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, email and return details will be given to you.

If you notice an issue on the product or any other issues with the order, please also contact the above email address.

Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned. You will be liable for the reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you. So, please ensure you're inputting the correct information when ordering.

Buyer's Remorse - Fortified Clothing does not accept returns for buyer's remorse nor will we accept returns of Mystery Boxes unless there is a problem with the products themselves.

Exchanges - Fortified Clothing does offer exchanges for clothing purchased, however, exchanges will only be done if there is a sizing issue or a misprint issue on a product. Each exchange will be handled individually via correspondence through
